BAMA Chamber Players (BCP)

BAMA Chamber Players (BCP) is Brooklyn Arts Music Academy’s performance group for experienced adult and advanced high school string players. This ensemble is open to violin, viola, cello, and bass.

Led by violist and conductor Adam Crane, BCP offers a welcoming, collaborative environment where musicians grow together through rehearsals and performance opportunities.

All BAMA students are encouraged to participate in our performance group classes which are included in lesson tuition. To perform in the concert, a student must have attended at least 2 of the performance group rehearsals.

BCP Meeting Location and Schedule

Rehearsals take place at the BAMA Headquarters on Saturdays. Please see the calendar below for specific dates.

BCP performs as part of BAMA’s performance groups concerts in the fall and spring, offering members the opportunity to share their music with a broader audience.

Are you a non-BAMA student who would like to join this performance group? We welcome all committed students to join our groups! Tuition for the year is $100 or $60 for one session (fall or spring).

Before your first BCP rehearsal, please download and print your music using the button below. For the password, please see your group invitation flyer or email. Please bring your instrument, music, and a folding music stand to each performance group rehearsal and concert.
